Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons during fertility procedures in the operating theatre to ensure patient safety and efficiency
- Support clinicians in ultrasound, artificial insemination, and related procedures accurately
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across all assigned clinical duties
- Perform circulating and scrub duties independently while maintaining strict sterile techniques
- Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments, trolleys, and inventory for efficient procedures
- Conduct financial counselling by explaining treatment plans and costs clearly to patients
- Manage patient records, medications, and documentation accurately with confidentiality compliance
- Perform venipuncture in accordance with clinical protocols
- Coordinate with clinics and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care continuity
- Assist in stock-taking and procurement to maintain adequate medical supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Diploma in Nursing
- Valid registration as a Singapore Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
- Experience in operating theatre (O&G) or IVF/fertility settings is an added advantage
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
