Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high standards of care and efficient clinic workflow
- Coordinate patient care across consultation, treatment, procedures, and follow-up stages
- Support physicians during procedures including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, IUI, and minor surgeries
- Monitor treatment cycles, manage medication administration, and provide patient education
- Ensure compliance with infection control, medication safety, and clinical protocols
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff and coordinators
- Plan rosters, allocate manpower, and optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct staff orientation, competency assessments, and continuous training
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and patient-centered care culture
- Provide counselling and emotional support to patients undergoing fertility treatments
- Address patient feedback and ensure high service standards
- Maintain accurate documentation, consent processes, and patient confidentiality
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, licensing requirements, and clinic policies
- Participate in audits, quality improvement, incident reporting, and risk management initiatives
- Develop and review SOPs, workflows, and clinical guidelines
- Manage inventory, procurement, and medical supplies
- Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, and multidisciplinary teams
- Prepare reports and support management in service planning and development
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Minimum 5–8 years of nursing experience, including 2–3 years in supervisory or managerial roles
- Experience in IVF, fertility, women’s health, obstetrics & gynecology, or reproductive medicine is an added advantage
- Experience in fertility treatment coordination and patient counselling is an added advantage
