Responsibilities
- Process customer workpieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment according to technical specifications.
- Conduct incoming and outgoing inspections to ensure quality and compliance requirements are met.
- Perform wafer dicing and grinding using equipment.
- Collect and analyze measurement data to verify product conformity.
- Prepare and pack customer workpieces according to specified requirements.
- Discuss technical requirements with customers and recommend suitable processing methods.
- Manage customer projects and follow up on enquiries through completion.
- Adhere to established operating procedures, workflows, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Singapore and overseas teams to support project execution.
- Identify and implement workflow improvements and cost optimization initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments is an added advantage.
- Experience operating machines is an added advantage. Training will be provided.
- Experience in wafer processing, dicing, grinding, inspection, or related semiconductor operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and measurement data.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
