- Deliver safe, competent, and individualised nursing care, maintaining documentation, treatment, patient monitoring, and infection control standards.
- Communicate and build rapport with patients, families, and caregivers.

- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board.
- Comfortable with shift work.
- Knowledgeable in IT systems.
- Meticulous, accurate, and able to perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about providing excellent patient care.
- Advantage: Post-registration experience in hospital or hospice, particularly in Oncology, Palliative Care, Geriatrics, or Gerontology.
