Responsibilities :
- Monitor and interpret applicable data protection laws to ensure business compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data protection policies, frameworks, and SOPs, including data breach response and reporting procedures for regional incidents.
- Conduct regular privacy risk assessments and data mapping to identify and mitigate risks.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and enforcing compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Support the delivery of compliance and data protection training programs for employees.
- Draft, review, and provide input on legal documents, contracts, and policies.
- Provide support on legal and regulatory matters as needed.
- Assist with budgeting, invoice processing, and general administrative tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in compliance.
- Solid knowledge of regional personal data protection laws, regulations, principles, and best practices.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative team player, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
