Drive regional PR, communications, and events to strengthen brand visibility, ensure consistent messaging, and support market growth across Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Act as liaison between agencies, media, partners, and internal stakeholders for campaign and partnership activations
- Build and maintain media relationships; pitch stories and manage media inquiries to secure positive coverage
- Draft and edit press releases, statements, and communication materials for multiple platforms
- Propose and execute PR initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation
- Support crisis communications planning and execution
- Monitor campaign performance; compile media clippings and monthly reports with actionable insights
- Ensure consistent regional messaging in coordination with agencies and country teams
- Support community engagement and media exposure initiatives
- Standardize brand messaging across markets and business units
- Plan and execute integrated brand communication campaigns
- Oversee development of visual and digital content across channels
- Support trade marketing through POS materials and channel-specific communications
- Plan and execute PR events; manage logistics, guest experiences, and on-site operations
- Support regional marketing in event coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Assist markets with brand and trade programs; support promotions with ROI-focused tracking
- Manage POSM production and deployment aligned with brand guidelines
- Collect and share best practices to improve regional execution
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PR and communications, with regional exposure preferred
- Proven experience in media relations, brand communications, and event management
- Strong organizational, execution, and coordination skills with attention to detail
- Ability to craft clear, compelling narratives and tailor messages for diverse audiences and channels
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with the ability to manage ambiguity
