Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic projects in Singapore, aligning with business objectives
- Prepare and present periodic progress reports to stakeholders
- Review master programmes and track progress against planned schedules
- Develop cost estimates, assess progress claims, and issue payment certifications
- Identify delay risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate submission and approval of project documents with relevant authorities
- Lead project execution: conduct site meetings, enforce safety standards, monitor quality, and manage program status
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects, including data centre builds and capital improvement works
- Support project handover to operations teams
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid technical knowledge in engineering or construction-related fields
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is an added advantage
- Experience in data centre or complex Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects is an added advantage
