Responsibilities:
- Assess and manage podiatry patients independently.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and billing documentation.
- Communicate with referring doctors and healthcare teams.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and service standards.
- Support supervision and development of podiatry staff.
- Participate in case discussions, research, and quality improvement activities.
- Assist in service development, project implementation, and protocol reviews.
- Support staff training, student education, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain clinical equipment inventory and professional competencies.
- Recognised Degree in Podiatry.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical specialty is an added advantage.
- Relevant podiatry experience is an added advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Supervisory, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
- Service-oriented and customer-focused.
- Results-driven with good organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Committed to continuous professional development.
