- Plan and execute healthcare innovation and accelerator programmes, including workshops, pilot studies, demo days, and networking events
- Support overseas market entry initiatives, coordinating with regional partners and addressing regulatory considerations
- Facilitate clinical test-bedding and validation for external startups and companies
- Track programme outcomes and ROI to ensure clinical and strategic impact
- Manage relationships with startups, clinicians, corporates, and academic partners
- Provide market insights to shape programme direction and regional initiatives
- Ensure regulatory and compliance alignment across innovation activities
- Support budgeting and operational planning for programme delivery
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in programme management, innovation initiatives, or partnership development
- Understanding of healthcare, digital health, medtech, or biotech sectors
- Exposure to regional or international innovation ecosystems is advantageous
- Strong organisational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
