- Support the department in the strategic development of initiatives and programmes for the SingHealth Duke-NUS Academic Medicine (AM) and the Academic Clinical Programmes (ACPs).
- Assisting in tracking and reporting performance metrics for ACPs, developing annual department workplans, and supporting strategies to strengthen collaboration for research and education initiatives.
- Organise strategic platforms, including international advisory council meetings and senior leaders’ forums, to facilitate robust and effective conversations that advance AM.
- Secretariat responsibilities at senior management meetings and reviewing and documenting processes to enhance effectiveness and business continuity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration with at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Background in healthcare, education or research sectors or strategic/corporate planning is advantageous
- Good understanding of performance measurement tools (e.g. Balanced Scorecard)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Power BI
