Responsibilities:
- Attend joint inspections with tenants’ contractors for fitting-out and reinstatement works
- Perform general building maintenance, including ACMV, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems
- Conduct chemical servicing of kitchen hood filters for specialty restaurants
- Inspect common areas and tenant premises as required
- Update daily maintenance logs and prepare weekly and monthly inspection reports
- Identify and troubleshoot defects such as power failures, leaks, and air-conditioning issues
- Inspect firefighting and protection equipment, including extinguishers, hose reels, and dry risers
- Coordinate with superior landlord on repair and maintenance of building services
- Support night-shift maintenance activities, including KWP replacement works
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as assigned by Supervisor
- Requisition necessary parts and materials required for maintenance and repairs
- Adhere to workplace health and safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance within a commercial building or shopping centre environment
- Strong understanding of building maintenance procedures and M&E systems
- Hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, sanitary, building maintenance and/or ACMV systems
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot audio visual systems
