- Provide legal advice and support on contractual, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters across the group.
- Review, draft, negotiate, and finalise a wide range of commercial and construction-related agreements.
- Support commercial, contract, and claims management activities for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.
- Advise business units and departments on legal risks, contractual obligations, and dispute-related matters.
- Manage the establishment, restructuring, and closure of subsidiaries, associates, branches, and project offices.
- Coordinate and manage external legal counsel and consultants, ensuring timely and effective delivery of legal services.
- Monitor the progress of legal matters and provide practical recommendations to support business objectives.
- Support ad hoc legal and corporate projects as assigned.
- Degree in Law and relevant legal qualification.
- Minimum 8 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice and/or in-house legal roles.
- Strong knowledge of construction law and substantial experience negotiating and finalising construction contracts.
- Proven experience supporting engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects.
- Experience in contract management, claims management, and commercial risk assessment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
