Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, network, and system-related issues.
- Manage device deployment, setup, imaging, and user access administration.
- Provide support for video conferencing platforms, remote work tools, and communication systems.
- Deliver on-site and remote technical support to end users.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and technical documentation.
- Perform system updates, configurations, and routine maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with external vendors on equipment repairs, replacements, and technical services.
- Support the implementation and installation of new software applications and IT systems.
- Monitor and maintain data backup and recovery solutions.
- Assist with IT security initiatives, including antivirus management, patching, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of IT support experience is preferred.
- Experience supporting Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with networking technologies, VPNs, and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including remote support experience.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentation.
