Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage logistics solutions for clients
- Oversee freight forwarding operations including sea and air shipments
- Manage and mentor a team of operations and sales staff
- Negotiate with clients and manage contracts
- Monitor costs, improve operational efficiency, and achieve KPIs
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in freight forwarding operations
- Strong knowledge of sea and air cargo transportation and customs procedures
- Excellent customer negotiation and team leadership skills
- Experience with MS Office and logistics management systems
- Knowledge of Forwarding operations is advantages
- Experience managing multi-country logistics operations
