Responsibilities
- Constantly follow up with customers and gather the requirements of business needs and issues they are facing
- Visit customer sites and do troubleshooting when required
- Provide timely technical assistance to customers via email, calls
- Communicate with Customer Support Engineer for necessary technical arrangement
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
[Must]
- Experience as Sales Engineer or Sales in the relevant field handling both IT hardware and Software (i.e. RFID, military security systems, POS, ATM, kiosk, etc.)
- Able to go to business trips in ASEAN region often with a short notice period
- Able to communicate well; Abl to listen to customers carefully and gather necessary information & convey the requirements, issue, messages to internal stakeholders
