Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage assigned service point operations, including front counter, administrative, and operational matters.
- Oversee daily operations and work with Nurse Managers and stakeholders to resolve process or system issues.
- Collaborate with department managers to ensure a positive patient experience across the care journey.
- Ensure facilities and services are safe, efficient, and patient-friendly.
- Support department managers in achieving customer satisfaction, service, and operational targets.
- Develop and implement business plans with clinical leads to achieve assigned volume and financial targets.
- Manage budgeting, financial reviews, and service development initiatives.
- Supervise non-nursing operational staff, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and retention.
- Facilitate effective communication between staff and management, including issue escalation and solutions.
- Participate in committees and additional operational projects as assigned.
- Job rotation to other operational areas may occur after ~3 years.
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 3 years’ experience in the healthcare industry.
- Healthcare operations experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- At least 2 years of experience managing frontline staff.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
