Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor global aftersales KPIs and dealer performance, supporting regional dealers to achieve service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate dealer aftersales enquiries, warranty cases, spare parts support and technical issues with internal departments and the Global Service Centre (GSC).
- Build strong dealer relationships and support aftersales campaigns, service agreements, product launches, training, audits and overseas dealer activities.
- Drive process improvement and standardization, including SOPs, workflows, corrective actions, digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards, reports, meeting minutes and aftersales documentation, while analyzing service performance and recommending improvements.
- Support GSC operations, dealer meetings, training, audits and departmental administrative activities, including budgeting, compliance and ad-hoc projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in dealer management or after-sales within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Prior experience or knowledge of the power generation industry is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across different countries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel overseas frequently to support regional dealers, customer visits, training, and after-sales activities.
