Sales & Marketing Executive [HoReCa]

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow sales within the Foodservice (HORECA) channel, focusing on frozen processed foods and seasonings.
  • Identify and acquire new customers including hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and institutional kitchens.
  • Leverage existing industry networks to accelerate business development and market penetration.
  • Conduct regular visits to end users and distributors to drive product adoption and increase sales volume.
  • Deliver product presentations, sampling sessions, menu applications, and demonstrations.
  • Manage assigned distributors to ensure effective market coverage and product availability.
  • Monitor distributor performance including sales volume, inventory levels, pricing, and promotional execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to inform strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market updates for management.
  • Identify opportunities for product listings, menu expansion, and channel development.
  • Support trade promotions, marketing activities, and product launches within the HORECA segment.
  • Ensure effective execution of sales plans, pricing strategies, and territory coverage.
  • Address customer feedback, product issues, and after-sales support in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Foodservice (HORECA) segment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong network with end users and distributors in the HORECA industry.
  • Proven track record in new customer acquisition and business development.
  • Experience in selling frozen processed foods or related products is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
