- Negotiate with customers (reply to delivery date, price and technical requirements in English)
- Prepare quotations and purchase orders
- Coordination with Japan headquarters and factories (in Japanese)
- Coordination with other overseas offices
- Inventory control
- New market research and customer visits (including overseas business trips)
- Proficiency in Japanese in order to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese-speaking clients.
- At least 1year of sales experience in any industry
