- Arrange invoice
- Schedule management
- Translation of documents, collection and preparation of materials
- Arrangements for business trips, dinners, and parties hosted by the office
- Correspondence with law firms in various countries
- Document preparation, revision, data entry, etc.
- Filing
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
[Company Secretary: 40%]
- Support all aspect of secretarial matters including incorporation of companies, Bizfile fiiling, preparation and, ensuring statutory records (minutes, registers) are in order etc
- Support, co-ordinate, liaise with relevant authorities and/or clients on all aspects of secretarial matters etc
- Keeping abreast of Singapore laws and regulations on the above
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

- 事務としての就労経験をお持ちの方
- Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PPT)使用可能な方

- At least 1 year of experience as a Corporate Secretary
- Experience working in an administrative capacity.
- Japanese proficiency to liaise with Japanese speaking co-workers/counterparts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
[Advantage]
- Previous working experience in accounting, consulting or law firms
- Knowledge of legal compliance especially Corporate Secretarial matters
