- Arrange expatriate visas (new/renewal, communicating with agencies) and optimize local hiring by gathering information on government guidance
- Preparing and managing MyCareersFuture advertisement
- Provide analytical reports based on market survey on salary benchmarking, make recommendations to the compensation structure and strengthen the company market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talents
- Process payroll and manage staff's salary payment and reimbursements
- Arrange interviews and supporting the selection process when hiring local staff
- Arrange employment contracts for hiring staff
- Review compensation and benefits and develop strategy according to business needs
- Ensure compliance of all HR policies and procedures within the local statutory requirements and provide advice to management
- Support creation of HR evaluation system for local employees
- Manage, support and implementation of the learning and development programs as well as other courses
- Report to HQ on various HR related matters
- Admin support in Japanese for the expatriates
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- Min 5-8 years of relevant full-spectrum HR experience
- Able to communicate in Japanese to liaise with Japan HQ
- Basic PC skills (MS Word, Excel etc.)
- Good team player
