- Support all aspect of secretarial matters including incorporation of companies, Bizfile fiiling, preparation and ,ensuring statutory records (minutes, registers) are in order etc
- Support, co-ordinate, liaise with relevant authorities and/or clients on all aspects of secretarial matters etc
- Keeping abreast of Singapore laws and regulations on the above
- Other administrative support & other ad-hoc assignments as requested
[MUST]
- At least 2 years of experience as a Corporate secretary
- Ability to speak, read and write in Japanese (JLPT 2 equivalent) is a requirement in order to communicate and liaise with our clients as majorities of our clients are Japanese companies
- Experience and exposure in professionals services firms

- Preferably having working experience in law firm
- Preferably having knowledge in legal compliance
