A Personal Assistant’s typical duties include:
- Acting as the first point of contact between Senior Executive and internal/external parties, by managing emails and phone calls and highlighting important matters for Senior Executive’s attention
- Managing and organising meeting appointments, events and conferences
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Scheduling and reminding Senior Executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and proper filing systems
- Collating and filing expenses on behalf of Senior Executive
- Other miscellaneous ad hoc tasks as assigned by Senior Executive

- Min 2 years of working experience as Personal Assistant in any industries
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking director
- Able to travel with Director if necessary
- Possess interest in Entertaiment industry
- Discretion and trustworthiness as you will often be a party of confidential information
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask

- Tact and diplomacy
- Good knowledge of standard software packages (e.g. emails system and Microsoft Office) with the willingness to learn company-specific software if required
