- Confidently recommend Japanese F&B products to potential and current customers
- Analyse, evaluate and provide products to different types of trade premises like Japanese restaurants and Japanese supermarkets
- Work with the sommelier team, marketing and logistics divisions to support and develop our current and potential accounts
- Provide proposals, presentations and other documentation that meets client requirements
- Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to the Sales Manager
- Maintain close working relationships with assigned customers to ensure sales targets are achieved or exceeded
- Achieve monthly and yearly KPIs by contributing sales accounts and figures
- Share your ideas and knowledge with restaurants owners and managers to promote marketing activities in the outlet.
- Assist in adding values and brand awareness to the local F&B scenes
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

- Business level Japanese proficiency to liaise with Japanese clients
- Working knowledge of Word & Excel
- Deep interest in learning of Japanese food and beverages/alcohol pairing
