- Preparation for / making minutes of company meetings
- Support networking with Singapore companies and agencies
- Secretarial roles for CEO
- Assistance role for rotating staff
- Performing a reception duties when available

- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking internal parties
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
