Senior Management Consultant who acts as a Project Leader, this position manages and delivers projects while being expected to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The incumbent is expected to possess deep knowledge of specific industry as well as project leading / project management experiences.

[Project Lead]
- Develops project scope, tasks and schedules.
- Assigns tasks to project member(s) and oversees progress of their activities.
- Oversees and manages project costs.
- Controls members’ work qualities. Reassign tasks as needed.
- Develops deliverables and presents deliverables to clients with minimum supervision.
- Facilitates/attends meetings with clients to discuss project findings, status, and strategic/operational suggestions.
- Communicates with Project Manager and/or outside parties (subcontractors, vendors and overseas HQ, etc.) regarding the project.
- Provides on-the-job Training (OJT) to project members by providing feedback on their work.
- May perform Project Manager tasks of smaller scale projects to begin with when necessary.

[Project Research]
- Develops research deliverables.
- Performs project researches and analysis.
- Communicates with Project Manager / members regarding status of assigned tasks. Reports issues as needed.
- Attends conferences / meetings that relates to the project if needed.

[Business Development]
- Seeks project needs with current/existing clients as well as prospective clients.
- Identifies clients’ challenges/needs and comes up with research and consultation services that can resolve them.
- Develops project proposals and discusses with Managers / Management.
- Delivers proposals to the client and obtains new project(s).

[Others]
- Supports publishing articles and/or company promotions.
- Knowledge Sharing: Organizes data/contents, develops useful knowledge contents and shares contents within the Company and regional branches. (PH, TH, ID, IN, etc.)
- Interview contributions: Involved as a line department in interviews for business analyst, consultants, interns, as well as mentoring, internal training sessions, onboarding training sessions, instructions for newly hired consultants.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

- プロジェクトのタスク、スケジュール作成
- プロジェクトメンバーにタスクを割り当て、その進捗を管理
- プロジェクトのコストを管理
- メンバーのパフォーマンスを評価し、必要に応じてタスク振り分ける
- クライアントに対し、プロジェクトの成果、状況報告、提案を行う
- プロジェクトマネージャーや外部関係者（下請け業者、ベンダー、海外本社など）とプロジェクトに関する打ち合わせ
-OJT（On-the-Job Training）の実施。
- 必要に応じて、小規模なプロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャー業務

[プロジェクトリサーチ］
- 研究資料を作成
- プロジェクトの調査・分析
- 必要に応じて、プロジェクトに関連するトピックのイベント・カンファレンスに参加

[営業］
- 既存・既存顧客、および見込み顧客に対して、プロジェクトのニーズを調査
- クライアントの課題・ニーズを把握し、解決するための調査・コンサルティング
- 提案書を作成し、マネージャーや経営陣と議論
- 新規プロジェクトを獲得

[その他］
- 出版物や企業プロモーションのサポート
- データ整理、社内で使用するためのコンテンツの開発、社内および地域支社での共有。(PH、TH、ID、INなど）
- ビジネスアナリスト、コンサルタント、インターンの面接に出席、
- メンタリング、社内研修、入社時研修、新規採用コンサルタントの指導
- その他関連業務

応募資格

[Must]
- About 2 years senior research analyst or consulting related work experiences.
- A good command of Japanese language as this position requires to communicate with clients whose primary communication language is Japanese.
- Business analysis and business strategy planning experiences
- Possesses in-depth knowledges and experiences of specific business strategies
- Industrial expertise (deep knowledge of specific industry) based on experiences

[Advantage]
- Experiences of project leading in research / business strategy guiding through junior level of consultants will be highly advantageous.

[必須]
- シニアリサーチアナリストまたはコンサルティング関連の実務経験が2年有する方
- チームリードの経験がある方
- 事業分析、事業戦略立案の経験
- 特定の事業戦略に関する深い知識と経験を有していること
- 経験に基づく産業専門知識（特定の産業に関する深い知識）

- ジュニアレベルのコンサルタントによるリサーチ/事業戦略指導のプロジェクトリードの経験
