- Regional IT service desk for HR(Human Resources) in South-East Asia subsidiaries and branches
- SR-based (VOC & RFC) system operation
- Project-based system development
System Operation (70%)
- Responsible to handle service request, system support & troubleshooting, user guide/documentation
- Documentation: Weekly Report, System Introduction, Operations Manual, User Manual, etc.
- Quality control for system stability and performance
- Perform application performance tuning and optimization
System Development (30%)
- Coding, testing, build, deploy, and debug new software or enhancements to existing software
- Clarify software tasks by analysing requirements and understanding complex activation system features and functionality
- Responsible for system integration testing and user acceptance test
- Conduct user training and create training manuals for end users
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
