概要

One-stop Provider of all Communication Services from fixed to mobile.

求人内容

- Identify startup companies that have high potential to collaborate with the company and arrange to meet them (Identify through internet search, participanting in pitch events and networking with venture capital firms)
- Manage a meeting with startup company and related parties. (arrange a meeting, make minutes of a meeting and update the info of startup list)
- Introduce a startup company to the company and its group companies, and consider/develop a collaboration business between them.
- Make an investment consideration document that includes the future collaboration business between the potential investee and the company and its group companies, and discuss with Japan HQ, to get an approval for an investment into a startup company.
- Propose and manage new collaboration businesses between the company and its group companies and the company's investee companies (startups).
- Research and analyse the startup eco-system and IT market trends, and make a report document of it, to share with Japan HQ .
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

- 協業の可能性が高いスタートアップ企業を特定し、面談をアレンジする（インターネット検索、ピッチイベントへの参加、ベンチャーキャピタルとのネットワーキングにより特定する）
- スタートアップ企業及び関係者との面談を管理する。(ミーティングのアレンジ、議事録作成、スタートアップリストの更新など）
- 当社およびグループ会社へのスタートアップ企業の紹介、および両社間の協業事業の検討・開発を行う
- 投資先と当社および当社グループ会社との将来の協業ビジネスを盛り込んだ投資検討書を作成し、日本本社と協議し、スタートアップ企業への投資許可を取得する
- 当社および当社グループ会社と投資先企業（スタートアップ企業）との新たな協業事業の提案・運営をする
- スタートアップエコシステムやIT市場の動向を調査・分析し、レポート資料を作成し、日本本社と共有する。

応募資格

[MUST]
- Minimum of 3 years experience with business development or corporate planning
- Must have advanced proficiency in the Japanese language (Able to write Japanese business documentation (including, for example, market research reports) as well as converse in a business environment) to liaise with the external parties in Japanese.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with new technologies and new business models in the world
- Good understanding of and familiar with market trends for IT
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skills.
- Good team player and proactive attitude.

- 事業開発または経営企画の経験3年以上ある方
- Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPointを使用できる方
- 最小限の監督で自立して仕事ができる方
- 世界の新しい技術や新しいビジネスモデルについて最新の情報を得ることに強い関心を持ち、ビジネスセンスがある方
- ITに関する市場動向をよく理解し、精通している方
- 口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションとプレゼンテーション、交渉能力に長けている方
- 優れたチームプレーヤーであり、積極的な姿勢を持っている方
