You will be in charge of all back office operations such as general affairs, accounting, general affairs, and personnel operations.

- Support for MD and expatriate (including assistance for new expatriates and returnees)
- Schedule management
- Document management
- Business trip arrangements (including visa application at the embassy)
- Reception / inquiry related work
■ Administration
- Ordering equipment
- Building management
- Improvement of in-house work environment
■ Accounting
- Expense calculation
- Communication with accounting firm
- Basic Book Keeping

- More than 3 years of back-office experience
- Able to speak Business Japanese to liaise with the third related parties
- A team player
- Excellent multitasking skill
