- Providing any and all technical assistance to customer in relation to appropriate use of products for obtaining sufficient performance of products
- Maintaining products and continuous observation of their performance there through
- Assistance to customer in case of setting up of products, including drawing simulation
- Assistance to customer in case of operation
- Troubleshooting
- Providing customer with various advices or information at the request by customer or reasonable discretion by Service Engineer
- Providing information such as performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of products, customer’s requirements, opinions, claims, and other remarks regarding products or their performance or operation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

【Must】
- At least 2 years of sales and/or marketing and/or engineering experience in electronics/semiconductor industries
- Conversation level Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and the HQ in Japan
- Ability to plan and organize with good presentation and written skills
- Willing to go on business trip

- Able to speak Japanese (JLPT2 level) to liaise with clients and Japan HQ
