- Communicate with management to find our their needs / difficulties.
- Attend to sales inquiries, maintain sales channels, prepare proposals
- Liaise with Japanese clients to discuss / propose the training packages
- Visit clients and built a close relationship with them
- Prepare training materials
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned

- Possess B2B sales experience or willing to learn how to do B2B business.
- Communicate smoothly with client, response well and logically.

- Interest in management and business planning.
- Proficiency in Japanese and English due to external communication.
*Create proposal, meeting with clients, etc
