-Support on matters related to expatriates (payroll, tax, housing, repatriation support, maintenance of staff’s records etc.) for the expatriates and foreign trainees of whole group company
-Manage all training and development needs for the expatriates and trainees including organising the on-site training activities
-Hold regular meetings with HR leaders and businesses to clarify work requirements and to collate information for periodical reporting
-Perform other ad-hoc projects such as organising local and overseas events when required
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned
-Min 2 years of related experience on handling expatriates matters
-Ability to communicate in Japanese language (At least JLPT N2 or equivalent) to liaise with both external & internal party. there will be daily exchanges with HQ and companies in Japan involving documents in Japaneses.
