•Responsible for undertaking various developmental plans to increase travel product sales and services on all our e-Commerce platform.
•Conducting research to understand the demographic targets, search engine traffic, media buying, etc. specifically on market research on Online Travel Agencies (OTA)
•Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online production.
•Financial planning and preparing of budgets.
•Project Management, determining the website format and interacting with the web developers to design or make changes accordingly.
•Demonstrating project strategies and plans to the Management.
•Attending events and conferences.
•Other adhoc duties as assigned

-At least 2 years similar work experience in the travel industry
-Must be Fluent in English and excellent in written and verbal Japanese communication skills to be able to communicate efficiently with our Japanese speaking clients. (At least JLPT2)
-Possess ample knowledge of business-to-consumer or business-to-business transactions.
