•Plan and execute sales pipeline with Salesforce, Pipdrive and other tools
•Negotiate and acheive competitive KPI and KGI for quarterly targets
•Ability to train, lead and work with a multinational team of Sales Executives, and build your own team
•Analyze prospect requirements and customize the best possible solutions
•Create and deliver effective sales presentations
•Ability to develop and present ROI models to support your business case for hiring solution software
•Develop effective strategies for market entry in a New and fast-growing Sector of a growing industry
•Any ad-hoc duties assigned
- Experience in selling IT products (such as software, application, systems, services etc.) for yearly licenses (priced on monthly basis).
- B2B Account management experience with MNC entities.
- Proven sales track record (minimum of 3 years of experience).
- Experience in selling SaaS products for yearly licenses ( priced on monthly basis).
- B2B software sales experience (HR Related software )
- B2B Account management experience with MNC, Retail or F&B companies.
- Fluent in English. And also, ability to speak Japanese or Mandarin language will be a plus, so as to liaise both internal and external parties who are native Japanese and Chinese speaking.
