Responsibilities

Oversee the full scope of daily business operations and sales — spanning team leadership, customer relationships, and administrative oversight.

Commercial Leadership
  • Take full ownership of the company’s revenue goals, developing a robust customer pipeline across the APAC region (airlines, MROs, OEMs)
  • Build and sustain senior-level relationships across the region — with airline fleet management and cabin technical functions, MRO cabin and tooling shops, and OEM aftermarket teams
Operational & Administrative Leadership
  • Direct the team by allocating operational resources, defining weekly priorities, and resolving day-to-day operational issues
  • Manage administrative and stakeholder relationships (suppliers, accounting, and relevant government/regulatory bodies), working under the direction of company leadership
Production Leadership
  • Serve as Accountable Manager under the organization’s production approval framework, and act as certifying staff in line with the applicable aerospace quality management standard
  • Secure the financial, human, and infrastructure resources needed to maintain regulatory certification and consistently deliver airworthy products
  • Drive a strong safety- and quality-first culture across the business
Group Integration
  • Contribute fully as part of the wider group management team, participating in group-level strategy and cross-functional programs
  • Deliver clear, data-backed reporting to group leadership covering commercial results, regulatory status, and people-related matters

Requirements

Commercial Experience & Knowledge
  • At least 5 years in commercial aerospace or advanced manufacturing, with some portion spent in commercial or sales leadership
  • A track record of taking technology products or solutions from early concept through to commercial success
  • Hands-on understanding of how airlines, MROs, and OEMs operate and what they require
  • Strong grasp of the APAC aviation market — including its dynamics, procurement cycles, regulatory environment, and cultural considerations
  • Track record of growing business for long period of time
Technical Experience & Knowledge
  • Familiarity with EASA Part 21 or Part 145, or comparable production/quality regulatory frameworks
  • Prior exposure to additive manufacturing is a plus
Leadership & Other Requirements
  • Proven senior-level leadership, including people development, team building, and managing across cultures
  • An entrepreneurial outlook and comfort operating in a start-up-style setting
  • Open to occasional overseas travel within Asia to visit client sites (roughly 3–4 days per quarter)
