Responsibilities
- Perform installation, servicing and technical support for a range of home appliances at customer locations.
- Conduct product installation and servicing in accordance with established technical and safety standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out appropriate corrective actions to minimise service downtime.
- Provide professional and responsive customer service, including follow-up on outstanding technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners and customers to ensure timely resolution of service requests and perform other duties related to the role as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical installation, servicing or maintenance of household appliances or related equipment.
- Good command of English to communicate effectively with customers and understand technical/service documentation.
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to identify faults and implement appropriate solutions.
- Class 3 driving licence, with willingness to travel to customer locations for service and installation work.
- Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain product features and recommend suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with Wi-Fi or smart home connectivity and application setup.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics.
