Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and configure equipment, systems, and software according to project and client requirements.
- Manage project execution and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely completion.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues for machinery and automated production systems.
- Provide technical support and operational training to customers on equipment usage and best practices.
- Conduct on-site service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs at local and overseas customer locations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate service reports, technical documentation, and maintenance records.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and suppliers to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and reliability.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing service support for production machinery or automated production lines.
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, PLC, robotics, or automation systems.
- Experience in laser marking, pad printing, or secondary process equipment is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in PLC, robotics, automation control, or related technical disciplines are an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas for project, installation, and service assignments.
