Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the production of regional newsletters, e-newsletters, and internal communication materials.
- Oversee the end-to-end publication process, including content collection, editing, translation, proofreading, design review, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with regional offices and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Manage printing, distribution, and logistics for newsletters and corporate materials.
- Develop engaging content such as articles, interviews, photography, videos, and presentations to support employee engagement initiatives.
- Partner with internal teams to create communication materials for various digital and offline channels.
- Support implementation of brand strategy and provide guidance on branding matters.
- Organise and coordinate brand-related initiatives such as workshops and discussions.
- Liaise with regional stakeholders to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Track and evaluate communication effectiveness through performance reports and analytics.
- Assist in CSR initiatives and communication projects, including preparing press releases, event materials, and reports.
- Support regional communication projects as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Marketing Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation, including photography, videography, or graphic design, is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is an added advantage.
- Strong organisational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural and regional environment.
