Responsibilities
- Execute production activities according to the production schedule and achieve targeted output levels.
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production performance.
- Perform first-level troubleshooting of equipment-related issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain optimal machine operational efficiency and production flow.
- Monitor and control product quality using manufacturing technologies and established procedures.
- Track and manage materials and goods through digital quantity monitoring systems.
- Conduct quality control inspections before customer delivery.
- Handle multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Support additional operational duties and projects as assigned.
- Ability to perform routine production and operational tasks accurately.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and handle materials as required for production operations.
- Basic troubleshooting skills for production equipment are advantageous.
- Familiarity with quality control processes is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a production setting.
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
