Responsibilities:
- Support hotel partnership contract management for inbound travel from Japan.
- Analyse business performance and market trends of hotel partners to provide recommendations that support mutual business growth.
- Consult with accommodation partners to develop and optimise online travel and accommodation offerings.
- Plan, create, and manage accommodation packages and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and support the production of customised online content and accommodation pages.
- Identify and develop opportunities to increase advertising revenue from partners.
- Provide customer service and operational support to local business partners.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality, travel, tourism, or related industry.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through initiative, commitment, and perseverance.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively develop partnership opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and maximise business opportunities.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Customer service experience.
