- Perform data entry for purchase and sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare, process, print, email, and file purchase and sales documentation.
- Prepare documentation required for billing and invoicing processes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, and trading personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Support performance monitoring and operational reporting activities.
- Ensure compliance with customs requirements, import/export regulations, and other applicable legal requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any delays or discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Maintain accurate trade operation records and prepare periodic management reports.
- Analyze operational data and recommend process improvements to enhance trade performance.
- Perform additional duties related to trade operations as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in trade, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts
- Knowledge of international trade laws, regulations, and policies, including Incoterms and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs).
- Familiarity with trade documentation, customs clearance procedures, and logistics management.
- Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in Import/Export Operations is an added advantage.
- Willing to work Saturday (half day)
