Responsibilities
- Analyze demand variability, supply constraints, capacity utilization, and inventory trends to support business decisions.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and recommend actions to improve planning effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting, inventory optimization, and overall supply chain efficiency.
- Evaluate seasonal demand patterns and market trends that may impact supply requirements.
- Execute the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand, supply, inventory, and capacity analysis.
- Assess supply risks, capacity constraints, and inventory issues, and propose mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present regular updates on planning assumptions and operational performance.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in demand and supply planning.
- Minimum Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain or equivalent.
- No experience is required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business requirements.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and process optimization practices.
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak business periods.
- Willingness to travel on short notice.
