Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement value chain solutions to support business growth
- Gather and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends and competitors’ offerings
- Collect feedback on products and services from distributors and dealers
- Identify service gaps and propose innovative solutions to improve offerings and increase market share
- Present insights, strategies, and progress updates to key stakeholders
- Support translation of strategies into detailed project plans and requirements
- Execute key projects with cross-functional teams to drive revenue and growth
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with defined objectives
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
- Support regional strategies across short- and mid-term initiatives
- Perform departmental forecasting for volume and profit, and coordinate related meetings
- Conduct profit analysis by model and country for regional rebate schemes
- Coordinate and plan meetings with key stakeholders
- No experience is required; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply
- Strong business acumen with the ability to conceptualize strategies
- Demonstrated innovative, creative, and strategic thinking
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Open to travel for business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in business-related fields (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing) is an added advantage
- Experience in pricing, profit management, product management, project planning, or market research is an added advantage
