Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and set up industrial machinery and equipment at customer sites.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and scheduled servicing to ensure optimal machine performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and technical faults to minimize equipment downtime.
- Conduct machine inspections, testing, calibration, and performance verification after installation or maintenance.
- Provide technical support and basic operational training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Prepare and submit service reports, maintenance records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal teams and customers to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with company safety standards and customer site requirements.
- Perform any other duties or projects assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience in machine installation, maintenance, servicing, or troubleshooting of industrial equipment is preferred.
- Able to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings is an advantage.
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to travel to customer sites for installation and service assignments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
