Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software for automated semiconductor process equipment.
- Design and implement multi-threaded control software applications.
- Enhance equipment performance through continuous improvement and development initiatives.
- Support equipment upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution at customer sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system functionality and reliability.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of programming experience in Windows environments (Windows XP and above).
- Proficiency in C++, VC++, MFC, SQL, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience developing multi-threaded control software.
- Knowledge of SEMI SECS/GEM equipment connectivity standards.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Servo systems, Stepper Motion Controllers, Analog Devices, and High-Speed I/O hardware.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and integration is an added advantage.
