Responsibilities:
- Develop annual demand plans and sales targets aligned with budgeting and quarterly cycles
- Prepare and manage weekly shipment forecasts to ensure alignment with sales plans
- Monitor sales and shipment performance, and implement corrective actions to address deviations
- Coordinate with commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
- Analyze stock levels to resolve excess inventory and prevent critical shortages
- Identify portfolio opportunities to maximize value from demand gaps and production surpluses
- Generate analytical reports and scenario simulations to support commercial decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning (S&OP), Logistics, Marketing, R&D, and Finance
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as clients, local authorities, and service providers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in planning functions such as production planning, S&OP, logistics, customer service, or sales planning
- Experience in import/export planning for food products; poultry industry exposure is an added advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support decision-making
