Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation and motion control solutions using PLC, Robotics, Vision Systems, Motion Control, Servo Systems, and AGVs to meet customer manufacturing requirements.
- Lead automation projects from technical evaluation and solution design through implementation, commissioning, and successful project completion.
- Design system architecture, develop PLC programs, troubleshoot automation systems, and optimize machine performance to improve productivity and reliability.
- Analyze machine performance, identify root causes, and implement technical improvements to reduce cycle time, increase efficiency, and enhance system performance.
- Serve as the technical lead for customer projects, mentor junior engineers, and provide engineering consultation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with Sales, HQ, overseas subsidiaries, suppliers, and customers to develop solutions and resolve complex technical issues.
- Stay updated on emerging automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions to strengthen the company’s engineering capabilities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation, motion control, or machine builder environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming, Motion control systems, Industrial robots, Servo systems, Industrial automation equipment.
- Proven experience leading automation projects from concept, design, implementation, commissioning, and customer handover.
