Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales application support and technical consultation to customers.
- Deliver after-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote products through telemarketing, product demonstrations, and marketing activities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Manage and expand sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering, technical, IT sales, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience and technical knowledge in Wireless Sensors, IoT solutions, Level Sensors, PLCs, and HMIs with control system exposure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin language for liaising with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence.
- Experience in measurement instruments is an added advantage.
