Responsibilities:
- Attend to patient enquiries via phone and walk-in channels in a prompt and professional manner.
- Register patients for appointments and walk-in treatments.
- Assist patients with enquiries and facilitate effective communication.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage patient appointments.
- Support patient discharge procedures following consultation and treatment.
- Dispense medication in accordance with instructions provided.
- Collect and process payments accurately, including cash, NETS, and credit card transactions.
- Accurately enter consultation fees, treatment charges, and product sales into the system.
- Issue receipts, tax invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Maintain and organize patient treatment records in accordance with clinic procedures.
- Ensure the cleanliness and proper presentation of the clinic environment.
- Receive, check, pack, and organize clinic supplies and medications.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
- Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to interact professionally with patients.
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Able to work according to operational schedules and clinic requirements.
- No experience is required; training will be provided.
- Prior experience in customer service, clinic operations, or healthcare settings is an added advantage.
