Responsibility:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee project execution to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality requirements.
- Conduct project kick-off, progress, and coordination meetings to align project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including work procedures, risk assessments, progress reports, and handover records.
- Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and project costs, and provide regular updates on project performance.
- Review project requirements, schedules, materials, equipment, and manpower planning to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, customers, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and expertise for product installation, maintenance, and repair services.
- Support the Sales team by providing technical consultation and responding to customer technical inquiries.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Hands-on experience in Warehousing solutions – Industrial door, loading dock solutions, and etc.
- 2 years’ experience in Mechanical & Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
- Able to read Mechanical 2D drawings and simple hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical circuits.
